| Welcome to the Website of HarvestMoon Hollands. We are a small rabbitry located in southwest Manitoba, Canada, just minutes from the town of Marquette. My name is Nicole Yanke and I've housed rabbits for about nine years now. In 2005 I started breeding and competatively showing Holland Lops. Our little herd did well earning Best of Breed Awards in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Our highest accomplishment was winning two Best in Show Awards Sept 2009 in Manitoba with a homebred Black Otter Buck, Yankez Jonas. |
| Showing is alot of fun however it takes a tremendous amount of time to maintain a herd of "show bunnies", so now I have rabbits just for the love of it. I have always been a fan of color and have worked hard to develop TRIcolor Hollands..and I will continue to do so! I was fortunate to aquire a TRIcolor French Lop from Cutie Patootie Rabbitry so our Frenchies are in the same color family. |

| Holland Lops are the smallest lop eared rabbit ranging 3 to 5 lbs. There are dwarf and non-dwarf Hollands...not ALL Hollands are dwarfs. They are inquisitive and playful in nature. French Lops are the largest lop eared rabbit. Our largest was around 13 lbs. Frenchies are sweet and affectionate...gentle giants. |
